During her career, she identified many issues in the medical field. She decided to take initiative and become the change that she wanted to see in the community. Tierra has worked in many medical care settings but in the community is where she believes she belongs. Tierra has spent the last 10 years building relationships with local physicians and medical professionals in Las Vegas.

Over the years she watched many patients go through preventable medical issues because they either didn’t have someone to advocate for them, lack of medical knowledge, or lack of support. There are many patients with family that must work, care for their own immediate family or live out of town. Tierra witnessed patients being re-hospitalized after surgery and discharges at a concerning rate.

Vitality Recovery and Wellness was created out of empathy for the many patients that she cared for and her own personal experience with her loved ones. Tierra’s goal is to provide the community with quality care, while creating a bridge of better communication between the patients and healthcare providers. Her goal is to cater to your every need pre and post op surgery. She’s confident that her team can decrease preventable infections, re-hospitalization, decrease stress and anxiety while providing the best chance for optimal recovery.
